How fast do you work?
When you are asked to describe the speed of your work, be careful in responding. This is a question in which faster is not always better. Most companies prefer to hire employees who work at a steady pace. Someone who is too slow to get the job done in the normal time would not be a good employee.
An option to answer this question, among others, is by saying that you work at a steady pace, but usually able to finish the job before the deadline. Discuss your ability to manage and complete the project on time. If you work in a position where you have set the criteria/targets, discuss how you have achieved or exceeded the targets.
