Little Caesars Crew Member Application
The crew member of Little Caesars works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs the job responsibilities in such the way that all the products they make are of high quality and every customer they serve is satisfied.
There are some performance results of the crew member of Little Caesars. First, they serve the customers according to the Little Caesars Customer Service Standards, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and the telephone and front counter procedures. Second, they prepare the high quality products consistently by following the recipes, the specifications and the procedures of Little Caesars as described in the CARDS materials and as shown on the station job helpers. Third, they display the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and or as directed by the management staff. Fourth, they clean and organize work stations and the other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image as outlined in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook and or as instructed by the management staff.
The crew member of Little Caesars gets the direction from the restaurant management team and Little Caesars training materials to effectively perform their job. Every member will practise the established procedures and use the proper tools associated with taking and preparing customer orders.
The crew member of Little Caesars play the active role. Therefore, this position required physical work such as the ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds, the ability to reach and move items from as high as 6 feet and as low as 6 inches off the ground, the ability to control and utilize the equipment safely and correctly, the ability to “Shakeboard” by working outside holding sign, the ability to apply pressure to cut through and to clean products, the ability to count, separate and wright all kinds of food products and inventory items, the ability to communicate to customers and co-workers, the ability to understand the direction, instructions and product specifications, and the ability to process and complete customers orders.
For the qualifications, the Little Caesars Colleague must be at least 16 years of age. Aside from that, they also have to be dependable, hard working and have the ability to handle pressure situations and stress, have the amazing communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to express the positive attitude towards others, have the ability to understand and follow the direction an instructions, have the ability to perform the main functions of the job, previous retail or customer contact experience preferred, the US Department of Justice or Ins Division requires that every Colleague provide documentation that can prove their eligibility to work in the United States.
