What is the most favored and not favored from your last job?

To convince the interviewer that you are not a complainer who always blame on the conditions, but at the same time must keep your objectivity, I have some communication’s trick that is always successful:

  • You only mention things that you like and then quickly change the subject. For example: “I really enjoy the challenge.” Soon, you have to change the topic by explaining the detail in which the interviewer may not mastered that topic. You can set up the topic before starting a job interview and train to deliver it.
  • If you are forced to mention things that you do not enjoy because the interviewer forced you, for example, you can mention only one thing that you do not enjoy, but should be something that is not very principles. For example; “I do not like routine but I am aware that by doing it, the system will be effective.”
